SP COAT-15

Introduction

Dampness problem can be serious concern in any home. It can be a nuisance and make a room feel cold, unhealthy & unwelcoming. SP Coat-15 is specially designed to prevent & protect your walls from rising dampness, Efflorescence (Shora) due to poor brick quality or moisture ingress from other sources.

Health problems are caused due to Fungus, Moss and Mildew. Moulds produce allergens which cause:

DESCRIPTION

SP Coat-15 is Waterproof one component Coating. It is used on the plaster to protect Interior & Exterior Walls from rising dampness & Efflorescence (Shora) before application of any paints on new & old walls.

APPLICATION AREA

SP Coat-15 coating is applied on the plaster surface before painting of Walls to make the surface waterproof & protect the surface from dampness & efflorescence. The other uses of the product are in eliminating paint peeling fungus, mildew, moss and for creating a strong barrier against salt peter (sulphating chloride) action on surface and preventing atmospheric pollution, moisture and gas leakages etc. The surface to be treated must be sound, clean, free from all loose particles, oil, grease & Efflorescence.

APPLICATION METHOD

FOR NEW PLASTER WALLS

• The surface should be washed & cleaned with water to remove any dust, fungus & foreign particles.
• Apply 2 coats of SP Coat-15 Coating with the intervals of 1 hour on the plaster surface.
• After 12 hours (when surface is completely dry) apply wall putty & paint as per your choice.

FOR OLD PLASTER WALLS

• Grind the surface, remove the paint, loose plaster, Efflorescence & get a firm surface ( the plaster should be firm & intact before application of SP Coat-15).
• The surface should be washed & cleaned with water to remove any dust, fungus & foreign particles.
• Apply 2 coats of SP Coat-15 Coating with the intervals of 1 hour on the plaster surface.
• After 12 hours (when surface is completely dry) apply wall putty & paint as per your choice.

PACKAGING

Sp Coat-15 is supplied in 20 kg buckets.

SHELF-LIFE

Sp Coat-15 will remain usable for up to 9 months if stored in its original packaging or shelving in dry conditions.
