Application Area
The product is ideally suited for sealing of surface dampness, water penetration and seepage, basements, pits, underground shafts, garages, tunnels, dams, cellars, water retaining structures like water tanks, swimming pools, sewage plants, bathrooms, kitchen, equally well for concrete structures, brick, masonry works, cement renderings, plasters etc.
The other uses of the product are in eliminating paint peeling fungus, mildew, moss and for creating a strong barrier against salt peter (sulphating chloride) action on surface and preventing atmospheric pollution, moisture and gas leakages etc.
Mixing
Add 4 to 5 liters of water to each bag (25kg) of Bond WPP-17Plaster. Mix for at least for 3 to 5 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and buttery & bubbles stop popping. Mixing can be performed by hand or by machine. Do not add anything else to the mix.
Application
Damp the surface 1 hour before the application of Bond WPP-17 Plaster and immediately at the time of application of Bond WPP-17 Plaster.
Bond WPP-17 Plaster is a fine-grained plaster that can be applied as a finish coat. Surface textures as well as finish can be achieved using standard stucco tools, while the plaster is still workable. Hardened plaster should not be remixed or reused.
Post Application Treatment
Cure Bond WPP-17 Plaster 3 Times for 24 Hours post application by clean water to avoid early hardening.
Cleaning
Use water to remove Bond WPP-17 Plaster from tools and equipment. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
Packaging
Bond WPP-17 Plaster is supplied in 25 kg bags.
Shelf-Life
Bond WPP-17 Plaster will remain usable for up to 9 months if stored in its original packaging on wooden pallets or shelving in dry conditions.
