Introduction

BONCRETE-50 is a Polymer modified, two component waterproofing systems free from solvent used for concrete, brickwork, masonry and all cement bound surfaces. It is most suitable for waterproofing of swimming pools, Bathrooms, Basements and water retaining structure.

Properties

BONCRETE-50 two component systems – one component is cement and other is liquid Polymer BONCRETE-50. BONCRETE-50 systems, after curing, provide elastic, crack bridging, seamless waterproofing layer and abrasion resistance

Method Of Application

•    Before application of BONCRETE-50, the surface has to be cleaned thoroughly. Carbon, fungus, algae etc. should be removed with wire brush or any other means.
•    For filling the major cracks, sealant like BPG-700, Porseal C-900 etc. should be used.
•    All the cement/concrete surface shall be prewetted prior to application of BONCRETE-50 coating

Mixing

Cement mixed with BONCRETE-50. The mixture has to be stirred thoroughly until no air bubbles remain in the mix.

Packing, Storage & Shelf Life

The Liquid component of BONCRETE-50 is available in 5kg, 30kg, 50kg. & 100kg. packing

BONCRETE-50 should be stored at room temperature in sealed containers.

Shelf life : 12 months
