  • Non shrink polymer grout for injection grouting B CRETE

Uses

B-Crete is used for monolithic injections in masonry and provides the brickwork with an excellent D.P.C The strength values of B-Crete are much higher than those in usual cement grouts. In concrete structures B-Crete is used for non-monolithic injections.

Suitability

B-Crete Injection Grout is suitable for gravity as well as pressure grouting. The varied properties and advantages make B-Crete an indispensable product for the grouting under basements, rafts, foundations, construction joints etc. to provide an effective and durable protection.

Advantages & Uses of QS 530

  • It is Chloride Free
  • Minimum Rebound
  • Rapid Sealing of water tanks, coolers etc.
  • Excellent for Overhead Surfaces.
  • Good Plasticizing Properties.
  • Non-Flammable.

QS 530 is used for preliminary leak sealing work on wet surfaces. When used in sprayed Concrete and Mortar processes, it provides Rapid setting thereby allowing very fast build-up on the work face.

  • Bonding for new and old concrete HIGH BOND-40.

HIGH BOND-40 is acrylic based Bonding Agent and polymer component for repair mortar and cement screed for waterproofing and for polymer cement concrete. It is recommended primer for cementatious repair system. The following characteristics are improved in the mortar by using HIGH BOND-40.

  • The adhesion of mortars and finishing coats on the existing concrete.
  • The freedom from the cracks above the steel reinforcement.
  • The Compressive and flexural strength is increased compared to the reference mix.
  • The protective effect of anticorrosion coatings.
  • Water absorption is reduced, thus providing increased waterproofing properties.
  • The freedom from cracks between the mortar and the existing concrete.
  • Coefficient of expansion corresponds to that of the unmodified mortar/concrete. The modulus of elasticity is reduced.
  • Reduced shrinkage and swelling.

Advantages

  • Provides excellent bond to concrete, masonry, stonework, plaster etc.
  • Improves tensile and comprehensive properties.
  • Allows thin section applications.
  • Reduces water absorption of modified mix.
  • Reduces shrinkage cracks.
  • Increase workability.
  • The production of repair mortars, e.g. in the repair and filling of structural concrete in bridge building and Civil Engineering. 8.Resistant to chloride & sulphate
  • To control the salt-efflorescence.
