MULTISEAL CRACKSEAL RTV is one part silicone building sealant, which cures quickly at room temperature to produce a durable, flexible, low module silicone rubber seal with good elongation and compression MULTISEAL exhibits outstanding performance in building joints and experiences extreme movements of upto 25% of the original joint width. It can be used with common building materials like RCC,Glass, Aluminium, wood etc. It has excellent weatherability and is available in translucent, white or red colour. It is tested as per international standards.
MULTISEAL is typically used as a building Sealant-Expansion and control joints, precast concrete panel joints, curtain wall joints etc., as a Sanitary ware Sealant-Wash basin and wall Urinal and wall Bid lets, wall western closets to floor, Bath-tub to wall, faucet base to sanitary wares shower fitting bases to wall.

BPG 700 Sealants are also extensively used for such applications because of their ability to extend and recover many times without losing the bond, and their resistance to water, salts, oils, solvents and other chemicals.

INSULATION, FIRE RESISTANCE, ACOUSTIC TREATMENT ETC.

FIACIN is a unique natural mineral consisting of thin flat flakes, containing innumerable.microscopic voids. It gives excellent thermal insulation; with the result the heat radiation is arrested to the tune of 30 to 35% resulting in an overall temperature difference of about 10-12 degree C within the building.
FIACIN Roof screeding is one of the best insulating system used all over & gives permanent insulation against Heat & Cold. It is the only insulating system that retains the insulating value for the life of the building. It is highly recommended for treatment in AUDITORIUM, CINEMA HALLS, SCHOOL ROOMS, INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX, R&D BUILDING, HOSPITALS etc.

ROLE OF LATEST TECHNOLOGY IN PERMANENT TRAFFIC MARKING PAINTS (COLD APPLIED)

All over India, expenditure of Hundred of Crores of Rupees is being incurred for development of Highways / Roadways, but not much attention is being paid for improvement of marking of Road Signs. For proper monitoring of flow of vehicular traffic and pedestrian, the road signs, e.g. Centre Line of Road, Shoulder Lines, Lane divider, Zebra Crossing etc. play a very vital role. Since centuries for the Marking of above said various traffic guiding signs on National Highways / Roadways, conventional Marking Paint has been used. Marking Paint being used at present does not last long, as it peels off in a very short period, less abrasion resistant and has to be redone a number of times in a year in order to serve the purpose. As such this is a very cumbersome job being of repetitive nature, besides being very costly affair because of short life span.

The ordinary conventional paint cannot stand the Ultra Violet Rays . Hence, it has to be repeated after a short period. Neither it is elastic nor abrasion resistant. Even during rainy season, in the eventuality of slush / lot of dust, it cannot retain its visibility thereby causes avoidable jams / traffic hazards, resulting in accidents/ causalities many a times.

The conventional traffic marking paint doesn't have fast colour nor does it has adequate weather resistance, it doesn't last long & white colour turns pale yellow, peels off after a few days & has to be applied again and again as per requirement.

With our R&D Department, after research work of years, we have introduced cold setting permanent traffic marking paint "BEMARCK". This is two-component cold plastic material, which hardens through a chemical reaction for permanent marking. It has been designed strictly as per international specifications and has excellent resistance against weathering, skidding, izod impact and is very cost effective due to an easy application and longer life span.
For night visibility, it has been specially formulated with firy and dry sphere-shaped granular fillers & refractive glass beads.
